Step 2. Strategy and Planning
With the problem clearly defined, we build the plan. Technical architecture, feature roadmap, resource allocation, and milestones. You get a clear picture of what is being built, how long it will take, and what success looks like.

Step 3. Design and Prototyping
Before development begins, we prototype key flows. This could be wireframes, interactive prototypes, or working proofs of concept depending on the project. The goal is to validate direction before committing engineering time.

Step 4. Development
We build in focused sprints, typically one to two weeks long. Each sprint produces working, reviewable output. You are never more than two weeks away from seeing progress. We use modern frameworks, version control, and CI/CD from day one.
